Organic Plus Trust Inc. (“OPT”) develops verification systems for agricultural practices that contribute to public health and the environment.
Organic Plus Trust (OPT) was established to bring clarity, consistency and credibility to standards that meet or exceed National Organic Program Standards. We work alongside farmers, brands, and retailers to verify grass-fed practices through trusted, third-party certification that builds on USDA Organic standards.
OPT’s Certified Grass-Fed Organic Livestock Program provides a clear framework for on-farm practices and supply chain verification—from the care of animals and land to the handling of products through processing and sale. By applying consistent standards across the entire system, OPT helps ensure grass-fed organic claims are transparent, accurate, and meaningful.
